My story is proof that healing and transformation are possible, even in the face of deep struggle.

I consider it an honor to walk beside other women as they reclaim their strength, embody their highest frequency, and discover the life they were meant to live.

For more than 20 years, I worked as a dental hygienist, grounded in the science of health and the human body. But my true transformation began with sobriety. With more than 15 years in recovery, I know what it means to walk through darkness and emerge stronger, more resilient, and deeply connected to my purpose.

Sobriety opened the door to my spiritual journey.

I became a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, learning how to reconnect with energy, intuition and the unseen layers of healing. Not long after, life tested me again. I became bedridden with Dysautonomia /POTS following the birth of my third child. In those years of survival, stripped of strength and struggling to breathe, I discovered an unshakable truth: there had to be more.

That search for led me to One Spirit Learning Alliance in New York City, where I spent two years in seminary studying world religions and interfaith ministry. There, I found life-giving practices that became my lifelines. These tools helped me regulate my nervous system, manage symptoms, and slowly reclaim my life.

I continued my studies, earning a Somatic Trauma Certificate. This work gave me trauma-informed, body-based practices that help women not only heal, but also thrive. Through my background in science, Usui Reiki, my recovery journey, and my spiritual training, I carry a unique blend of knowledge and lived experience that allows me to guide women with both wisdom and empathy.

Today, through Faithfully Driven Women and my signature program, The Frequency Shift, I help women move from survival mode to thriving mode. I teach them how to regulate their nervous systems, rise into their power, and create a legacy of resilience, freedom and love.
